In case of an error with your order, we invite you to contact us. While it is not in productions we can modify the order for you. Contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 10 business days for Europe (including UK, Switzerland and Norway) or between 8 and 15 business days for USA, Canada and Brazil (products are made to order) after payment confirmation and receipt (for orders placed between Monday and Friday).

Orders placed after 14h00 GMT (Portugal Time) will start to be processed the following business day.

Please note that personalised orders may take more time. Please note that these times may be slightly extended depending on the volume of orders being processed. An estimation will be provided to you before payment.

If you need to change your delivery or billing address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

We offer free delivery on all orders.

If the delivery country is outside the European Union we'll pay ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), meaning we'll pay for all the import and duty taxes.

Leather choice is typically free within our standard range; certain specialty leathers or finishes may carry a premium (we’ll confirm before production). Contact us for more information.

If you ordered a standard size we can accept a return. If you requested more advanced customisations for example measurements or monogramming we may accept returns and issue you store credit. Of course, we’ll remedy any manufacturing defects. Check our return policy for more information.
